Technical Implementation

A daily lead generation workflow was orchestrated with Gumloop and Apollo.io. Steps included scraping 4 MSP directories, monitoring M&A news, targeted Apollo searches, deduping, filtering, enriching, scoring using GPT-4, and delivering a top 20 prioritized list every morning.

AI Lead Scoring Engine assigned points for urgent triggers (M&A announcements, migration job posting), company fit (industry, geography), and technology stack (Office 365/Workspace, legacy systems). Apollo provided enrichment and verification. (See code excerpt above for logic.)
